I want to leave as soon as we can and get married as soon as we can. We already waited a while, I don't want to wait anymore.

Okay then. [ He laughs a little, breathlessly. ] Let's go hurry and pack, then!

[packing up! And Ethan calls and gets all the arrangements for two people on an overnight flight to Unova. Soon they'll be sitting on a plane, ready to fly over the ocean to somewhere completely new. Ethan will let Red sit at the window, since he's sure the older boy will want to look out.]

I've never been on a plane before! It's kinda nervewrackin', haha... [bit nervous, but too excited to turn back now!! Determination, all for you, Red!]

[ Red stares out the window, completely entranced by the view of the ground below, even if they haven't actually taken off yet. ]

I haven't been on one either! This is gonna be completely incredible! [ Unlike Ethan, right is not intimidated at all by the plane. Just… Just give him another second. Then he'll notice that Ethan isn't quite as excited as he is. And then there will be cuddling. ]

I'm not quite sure if I'm scared or excited. [Ethan sits down, leaning beside Red to look out himself. Sure, he'd flown on Pokemon before, but not this high or so fast as a plane could go. There was also something eerie about being inside a tube.]

[ Red grabs his hand and squeezes it tightly with a reassuring laugh. ] Be excited! We're getting married soon~!

I-I'm happy 'bout that, yah sure bet, but... I dunno... [planes crash and he doesn't want anything at all to happen before they're married-- a-after they're married, too, but--

He's just nervous, he'll squeeze Red's hand back pretty firmly.]

[ Finally Red will stop being a derp and notice what's going on. He cuddles up close to Ethan, flushing a bit as he leans over to kiss him on the cheek. ]

Please don't worry! Everything will be fine - and, besides, I'm here to protect you!!

Ah... haha-- Yeah... I know you will. [he nervously snuggles close, kissing Red in return. Other people on this plane, beware, they will be the loviest this whole trip!! At least the flight wasn't too crowded, people weren't too close.]

[ He'll pull Ethan in for a close hug as the plane begins to rumble around them, signalling the beginning of takeoff. ]

You have your seatbelt buckled and everything, don't you? [ He's trying to be reassuring. This is probably not the effect his words are having. ]

Y-yeah, of course!! ... a-aah.... [this is stressful, so so so stressful, he squishes in close to Red. He will not look out that window, urg, why does this make him so sickly worried? They'll be fine, they'll be fine, they'll be fine]

[Ethan is more than happy to cling on for dear life to Red, waiting for the plane to get up and done leveling out. Then he just looks up at Red, cheeks flushed. He laughs awkwardly]

A-ah, ahaa.... th-that's so odd feelin'...

O-Oh, please don't be scared... [ patpat ] I'll protect you, Ethan! Don't worry!

S-scared... aw, shucks, that just sounds bad... [he'll bury his face in Red's shoulder, trying to be a BRAVE MAN, but failing utterly. Sorry, Red, he's shaken by this and he can't help it...!]

[ It's okay! Red doesn't get the chance to be the ~strong~ one very often, he's glad for the opportunity! Less glad that you're so upset, though. :c ]

I-I just... d-don't want nothin' bad to ha-ah!-appen to us... [so much clinging, his voice jumping when the plane rocked from even mild turbulence]

We have our pokémon. Everything's going to be fine. [ chu~~~ ♥ Maybe if he kisses Ethan enough it'll calm him down?? ]

N-nhh... [yes, you know him just as well as he knows you, Red! The physical contact calms him down quickest, taking his mind off of terror and putting it back on Red. Hugging and kissing could get him through any pain or fear, he was sure.]

[ Well, he certainly doesn't mind doing that for the entire plane ride. Anything to make Ethan happy and comfortable!!!

(...Expect plenty of blushing, though.) ]

[the plane ride is a long one and Ethan will calm down after the plane is level and not shaky. He stays close to Red all the same, though, just in case he needed more distracting]

J-Just keep remindin' me... that, that we'll be married soon... [Cuddling up to Red was all there was to think about, since the plane wasn't being scary anymore.]

I'll remember this is all worth it, then...
