That closed dumpster.

[he points to it - it's kind of rusty around the corners, but the flat, steel lid is sealed shut, and it doesn't look like it'll break down any time soon. plus, it's just around nishinoya's height, making it the perfect height for getting used to just jumps. nishinoya himself had started smaller, but he's already seen the things hinata can do and figures it'd be fine to push it.]

Normally you want to jump and land with both feet at about the same time, right? But this time you want to jump with one foot leading, so you land on one foot first.

[ nishinoya breaks into a sudden run, going around hinata and jumping up onto the dumpster the same way he described it, his right foot smacking into the metal first, leaving him nearly running off the other side of the dumpster. ]
